SOUTH SHORE FITNESS NOW OFFERS PAY-AS-YOU-GO CLASSES
PROCEDURES AND POLICIES FOR PAY-AS-YOU-GO CLASSES
▪ Cost is $8 per class for members and $12 per class for non-members
▪ Registrants can only register for classes up to half hour prior to the start of the class.
▪ Only registrant may sign-up for the Class. You cannot register another person for a class, the actual registrant must be present to register for the class.
▪ There are no multiple packages sold, only individual purchases for the class being held within one half-hour of purchase of ticket.
▪ Registrants must present receipt to instructor to verify payment and gain entrance into the class.
▪ There are no reserving bicycles or holding bicycles for Spin® classes until your friend arrives. Bikes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
▪ There are no refunds for classes.
▪ If instructor fails to show up for a class, the class will be cancelled. There are no substitute teachers for pay-as-you-go classes.

Aerobic kickboxing combines the elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics all to upbeat , motivating music. Also called 'boxing aerobics' and 'cardio boxing', this class includes a variety of kicks, punches, knee strikes and self defense moves. Watch your body composition change as the weight fall off, your arms get stronger and your glutes and thighs get smaller!
YOGA IS HERE!
Yoga is an ancient Indian practice based on Hindu philosophy. Yoga's physical (asana) and breath (pranayama) exercises have a healing and a relaxing effect on a person.
The physical exercises, breath-work and meditation are traditionally performed as a means for obtaining spiritual enlightenment. During the physical practice of yoga, the practitioner should concentrate on his or her breath, with a clear mind. Not only does the participant gain physical flexibility, but also a sharper mind and a lifted spirit.
