At South Shore Fitness, your personal trainer will design a safe, effective and enjoyable program to meet all of your health and fitness needs.
Our knowledgeable trainers are certified to work with individuals of any age or fitness level.
You will receive individualized attention, guidance and motivation to ensure your success in reaching your physical activity goals.
Both male and female trainers are available with schedules throughout the day including evenings and weekends.
A variety of training options are available. We offer Pro Trainer Packages and Master Trainer Packages.
* Rates are determined by trainer education and experience, the size of the training package, the length of the session and the qualifications of the personal trainer. A detailed rate sheet and biography for each of our trainers are available at the front desk.

FRIENDS PACKAGE:
The trainer will work with you and a friend/spouse at the same time. Sessions will contain boh exercises for each one of you to do alone as well as exercises you can do together. Sessions are available in half hour or hour lengths. You would add 50% of the package price for each additional friend training. Clients pay full package rate for one client and 50% of the original package rate for each additional "friend".
*Friends Package includes one complementary introductory personal training session.
