Jen Brody

Group Exercise is how I began my fitness career 15 years ago.  I’ve taught Step (when it was popular), Boot Camp, Low/High Impact and Spin.  I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years and currently train at South Shore Fitness.  Cycling has been a passion of mine for about six years now.  I love to mountain bike and road bike which I’ve found to be the best cardio workout.  I have placed second and third in two NPC bodybuilding competitions and competed and placed in several Miss Fitness comps earlier in my fitness career. I know what it takes to get into the best shape of your life and how hard it is to lose those last 5 pounds. My certifications include a B.S. in physical education, AFFA personal trainer and group exercise, NASM, and Mad Dog Athletics Spin Instructor.

 

 

 
Tommy Florio

Tommy is a highly decorated, retired NYC police officer who’s career was cut short when he sustained severe back injuries in the line of duty that made him unable to remain in the force.  “As of that day, I’ve always tried to move forward and overcome any obstacle.  I developed a passion for health and fitness and have been in the industry for over 30 years.  Now, along with my passion for health and fitness, I have developed a passion for passing my knowledge and abilities to others.”

CFSA Certified Personal Trainer, Mad Dog Spin Instructor, Certified Kettlebell Instructor, ISCA Boxing/Kickboxing Instructor.
