ANUSARA FLOW YOGA

An 'Anusara inspired' yoga class with a strong emphasis on proper alignment of the body in each posture. The class is done in a playful flowing format. Use of belts & blocks are encouraged. Beginner-intermediate

BOOT CAMP

Head to toe total body hit every body part and hit it again. (Special attention will be paid to those body parts that women need to hit.) Just when you think you can´t do anymore, you just may surprise yourself. Incorporate cardio, weights, yoga, stretching, Pilates and everything or anything that you can think of to push you beyond your comfort level.

CARDIO STRIP AND TONE

Yes those girls are in amazing shape for a reason!  Come find out why.  We will learn an intense Cardio Strip program, with intervals of body toning, all done with a bar which will serve both as a pole and our toning tool.  Extra emphasis will be placed on toning the core and buttock muscles.  This high intensity routine alternates with high low strip dance, belly dance and toning segments. All this is done to a wonderfully fun soundtrack with sexy and fun songs.  This will boost self confidence, sexuality and is especially effective for Breast Cancer Survivors.  The session culminates in a strip routine straight from the clubs.

INTERVAL TRAINING SMALL GROUP TRAINING CLASS

Class goals are to increase cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, overall strength, flexibility.  Develop skill, balance, coordination and agility while defying gravity.  As you reach these goals your body will become stronger, healthier, and free of aches and pains.  Class will incorporate multi-dimensional exercises with a combination of creativity and fun to reveal a more perfect YOU!

INTRODUCTION TO KETTLEBELLS

Introduction to and understanding of the Kettlebell and the use of your momentum to perform explosive movements that will build strength and flexibility.  Overall complete body workout.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

PILATES

Class goals are to increase cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, overall strength, flexibility.  Develop skill, balance, coordination and agility while defying gravity.  As you reach these goals your body will become stronger, healthier, and free of aches and pains.  Class will incorporate multi-dimensional exercises with a combination of creativity and fun to reveal a more perfect YOU!

POWER FLOW YOGA

An 'Ashtanga inspired' yoga class which marries the breath with the movement.  This is a total body workout which develops upper body & core strength.  Standing, balancing & seated postures are sequenced in a vigorous fast flowing format. Intermediate-advanced.

PUT THE PEDAL TO THE KETTLE

A highly motivated class combines the cardio of Spin and the strength of Kettlebells.  Two completely different exercises, done independently of each other, pushing your body to the limit.

SERIOUS SPIN

Come experience the world´s largest indoor cycling program the way it was meant to be in this eight week training program. Whether you´re looking to improve your cycling performance, develop cardiovascular fitness or burn major calories this ride is for you!

Learn the basic moves that form the cornerstone of your journey.  As you develop riding skills you will be building a fitness base that will carry you to the next level of your "journey".  There´s no need to feel pressured to "keep up with the pack". With Spinning, It´s always YOUR ride.
