Great Start For Junior Fitness!

The Junior Fitness Program is up and running! Children and teens throughout our area are signing up and working out. The first few months of the youth program consisted of classes focusing on educating the children about body weight exercises, including push-ups, calf raises, and squats, and teaching them proper form. These classes featured obstacles courses, weighted ball tosses, and balance and flexibility exercises as well. I’m excited to announce that we have reformatted the youth fitness program to apply all of those exercises and techniques in a setting where more individualized instruction can be given. For the teen fitness program, we continue to educate our participatants and expand on using proper form and the right techniques to allow for maximum fitness potential.

It’s never too soon to get your child involved in a fitness program so bring them in for a trial session! We have something for everyone, ranging from the inactive and unfit to those who want to enhance their sport performance. We offer benefits for parents too!
